The biggest cost in property isn't a bad deal. It's the deal you didn't do because someone told you property is too hard.

Why I'm doing this for free

Two reasons. First, because most property education in the UK is overpriced, oversold and underdelivered. The big training companies charge £15,000 to £40,000 for content you could pull off YouTube in a weekend.

Second, because every person who gets into property the right way is one less person who gets fleeced. I've seen too many people remortgage their home, pay £30k to a guru, and end up with nothing but a binder of templates and a WhatsApp group that's gone quiet.

The truth nobody tells you: Property doesn't reward the people who pay the most for training. It rewards the people who do the most reps. Reading a 1,500-word blog post and going to view a property tomorrow will teach you more than any £15k weekend.
