I heavily networked back in 2017 to 2019 all over the UK at property events and I was continually speaking to people who paid crazy sums of money for property training and courses. I spoke to one guy who had paid out around £40,000 over a few years and he had achieved nothing in terms of income. All these peoples stories stuck with me.
When I exited my businesses a few years later and decided to start mentoring and sharing my knowledge, I knew it had to be different from the get rich quick gurus and big name training companies. The high pressure selling tricks, the fake offers, the hype, the B.S. stories and marketing. It all left a very bad taste in the mouth.
