Go to claude.ai and click "Sign up". You can use your Google account or an email address. The free tier works fine, but Claude Pro (around $20/month) gives you longer conversations which matters here because the skill produces a lot of output in one go.
Once you're logged in, click your profile icon in the bottom left corner of the screen. Then click Customise. This is where your skills live.
Inside Customise, look for the Skills section. Click Add Skill, then browse to the property-investor-magnet-uk.skill file you just downloaded and select it. That's it. The skill is now installed.
Start a new chat in Claude (don't use an existing conversation). Type something like find me UK property investors or I want to attract investors on LinkedIn. The skill triggers automatically and starts asking you questions about your ideal investor. Answer in your own words. There are no wrong answers.
Claude builds your Ideal Client Avatar from your answers and asks you to approve it. Log into claude.ai. Click your profile icon in the bottom left, then click Customise.
